Will
you develop a roll with adult images?...
Yes,
we offer discreet film developing. We guarantee that no copies
will be made of your photos and no one will look at your pictures
out of our adult department printers, which always is one
of the two owners of our Lab. The only limitation is that
the images in your film have to be of adults over 18 years
old. You are required to sign our order form and read
our disclaimer for more information

Do
you develop Seattle and Signature color brands?...

What
happen if my film come out blank?...
If you paid online by credit card, you won't be charge for
our services. If you paid by check or money order it will
be returned to you by regular mail. We will notify you by
e-mail to let you know about our actions. When you paid by
credit card online, we wait until we get your film by mail
and develop it.
Do
you develop disposable cameras?...
Yes
we do, you can break the camera and take out the film if it
have been exposed completely, if not, you need to finish the
roll before you can open the plastic cover. Be very careful
with the flash cameras because this contains a capacitor that
can give you a very unpleasant electrical shock. NEVER GIVE
DISPOSABLE CAMERAS SHELLS TO CHILDREN! Any way, is you don't
want to mess with it, send us the whole camera and we take
care of it for you.
Do
you develop Advantix, APS, 110 or 120/220 film?...
yes, we develop it but only
in 4x6 format
How
long it will take to get the pictures back?...
We
ship out your photos most of the times, the next day that
we received your film, except for Saturdays and holidays,
then your pictures will be shipped the following working day.
We'll be glad to e-mail you when your photos are mailed.
In
what type of photo paper do you print the pictures?...
We
use premium glossy or matte paper. We don't charge extra for
the finish, but we need to know your preferences.
If
I send a roll of 24 exp. to be developed but only 5 pictures
come out, do you charge for the whole roll?...
No,
we handle your order like a roll of 12 exp. then we will print
2 copies of each photo to make up for the difference in price.
In any circumstance we will e-mail you with the information
about your roll..
What
is the file resolution for the Photo CD?...
You
can request the file size of you choice. We recommends for
digital outputs or professional printing 4'' x 6"
@ 300 DPI. If you want the photos to be sold to publications,
most of them require a 40 Picas for the larger side @ 300
DPI saved in JPG compression 5. Remember that if you don't
have a professional software like Adobe Photoshop to open
your images, a larger file will be very difficult for you
computer to open. If you are not sure, and you just want the
photos for e-mail or web, we will save the files @ 150 DPI,
4" x 6" in JPG format, this is equal to 900 x 600
pixels.
How
many rolls can be saved in a CD?...

much do you charge for shipping?...
Shipping by regular mail is FREE
in United States. Orders out of our country need to be arranged
in advance to calculate charges for shipping.
How
much a restoration will cost?...
Restoration
services are priced according to the time of labor that it
take to restore your photograph. We need to see how damaged
your photo is and what services do you request. The best way
is to e-mail us the scanning image and we will let you know
the charges.
I
don't have an scanner, how do I send you the pictures?...
You
can send us your damaged photos by mail and we will e-mail
you with the estimated cost. Place your photos between two
pieces of cardboard to avoid future damages and write outside
the mailing envelope: PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND.
What
resolution is needed for the photo to be restored?...
The
file size should be the closed possible to 6" x 9"
inches @ 300 DPI and saved in TIFF (PC or Mac) or JPG with
a compression of 5 if you are sending the photo by e-mail.
If you prefer, send us a ZIP or CD with your images.
How
long it take a photo restoration?...
Under
normal work loads it take about 3 to 4 weeks. Some jobs may
take a little longer. We always be in contact with you lo
let you know about your order.
I
want to order photo composite cards, what do you need for
this?...
We
need 4 or 5 photos no bigger that 8 x 10 and your booking
information. We will send you a sample by e-mail of our final
work and the composites will be printed after your approval.
